As a laser marking solutions provider, Alase Technologies Inc. manufactures both standard and custom designed laser-marking equipment for turnkey and in-line product identification. Alase offers a full product line of general purpose laser markers in both Nd:YAG (1064nm) and CO2 (10,600nm) wavelengths.

Nd:YAG
The VersaScribe series is ideal for engraving on all types of metals, and some plastics and ceramics. Whether it is deep engraving or light surface annealing, the VersaScribe can be easily configured for multiple materials and applications.

Our VersaScribe series features both flash lamp and diode pumped technology. These different laser technologies as well as multiple beam configurations, spot sizes and marking fields allows Alase to provide the best laser for each specific application.

CO2
For marking on printed circuit boards, wood, glass, plastics and consumer product packaging, the UltraScribe CO2 series is the laser marker of choice. The UltraScribe series features laser powers from 10W up to 100W, and different spot sizes and marking fields to address the wide variety of marking applications.

Vanadate
With the increasing demand from the medical, semi-conductor and automotive industries for high throughput processing, the VersaScribe VL is the next generation in laser marking technology.

The VersaScribe VL is Alase Technologies' latest offering featuring Vanadate technology for high-speed laser engraving and etching. The VersaScribe VL delivers precision and quality to product identification and material processing.

Fiber Laser
The newly released air-cooled Cobalt Series Fiber Laser Marker is a pulsed marker for metal and plastics applications. Typically, low power fiber lasers have been continuous wave, which meant users were limited to marking plastic. With the Cobalt Series and its Q-switched operation, users can now mark on plastics as well as metals, including aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium.

Software
All of our lasers systems feature Alase Technologies' WinLase Professional laser marking software. It's easy to use interface and it's extensive capabilities make WinLase Professional the industry leader in laser marking software.
